With over 5 years of professional experience in cake design and pastry, Rose brings a passion for creativity, precision, and beautiful presentation to every Sweet Seconds creation.
Her experience includes working in a 5-star hotel in Birmingham, where she worked as Head Chef of the Pastry & Dessert Section, developing and creating a wide range of high-quality desserts and celebration cakes.
Today, Rose combines her professional pastry expertise with her love of cake design to create elegant, beautifully crafted cakes for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and other special moments.
Her philosophy is simple: every cake should not only look beautiful, but taste exceptional.
